3rd Level Support Software (m/f/d) / Specialist (m/f/d) Software Analysis

In this position, you support our 1st and 2nd level support in support cases as well as in further detail analyzes of incidents. By performing regular remote IT maintenance and proactively identifying faults and reducing recurring faults, you ensure the highest possible system availability for our customers.


  • Technical support of 1st and 2nd level support

  • Analyzing and troubleshooting software-related issues remotely, perform detailed analyzes, document them and administrate servers

  • You do remote IT maintenance in customer environments and document your activities in our ticket system

  • You design, implement, and document bugfixes and software customizations in customer environments

  • You show up repeated disturbances and work out solutions in coordination with our customers

  • You supervise the monitoring system and create FAQs, handouts and documentation for the support area


  • Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification

  • Good knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL and Oracle databases as well as software development with object-oriented programming languages

  • Knowledge of operating systems Linux, Windows and / or Windows server

  • High level of customer orientation and dedication, strong service awareness and enjoying communication with customers and colleagues

  • Motivated, independent and reliable work in a team

  • Very good command of  German and English
