Assistant Customer Service (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be part of our Claim Management team. It aim at delivering highest quality and guaranteeing maximum system availability to ensure our customers are satisfied in the long run. We handle incidents, problems and complaints with a focus on the customer and look for, develop and roll out sustained solutions.

As Assistant, you will handle, support and coordinate claims, making a considerable contribution to a high customer satisfaction. An extensive training and learning phase provided by our existing team will be ensured.


  • Administrative support in handling claims

  • Organisation and coordination of inspection reports, repairs as well as deliveries

  • Complete documentation of the handled claims cases

  • Creation of analyses and statistics for internal purposes

  • Contact with our customers and suppliers


  • Completed technical and/or commercial education (apprenticeship/vocational high school)

  • Basic technical understanding and interest required in any case

  • At least 2 years of job experience, ideally in administrative processing

  • High service orientation as well as ability to work in a team

  • Profound communication skills as well as good command of English (B1 according to CEFR)
