Assistant Realization & Office Management (m/f/d)

TGW Logistics Group as an international, fast growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. For our new company site in Welas Park (Wels), we are looking for a proactive and reliable personality to support the Realization division of about 100 people.
 
Besides assuming the function of an assistant, you will be the first contact for site-specific matters.

TASKS

  • Working time management including monitoring of work assignments abroad

  • Administrative and organisational support of the teams

  • Office und facility management agendas

  • Coordination of the car pool

  • Ordering of office supplies incl. verification and processing of invoices

  • Receipt and care of visitors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLW commercial school/apprenticeship)

  • First job experience in a similar position

  • Experience in using MS Office and ideally SAP

  • Good command of English

  • Class B driver's license

  • Excellent communicative and organisational skills as well as accurate and service-oriented way of working
