Global Quality Manager (m/f)

Our growth constantly presents us with new tasks in many departments, including quality management. The establishment and integration of our production units in the US and China also involve exciting new challenges. As Global Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the international coordination of all quality matters between the production units and our headquarters in Wels as well as Marchtrenk. You will ensure that the global quality requirements and processes are coordinated, rolled out, communicated and lived in due consideration of the local conditions.


  • Be an interface to production units in the US and China

  • Support the local quality units in implementing uniform standards

  • Monitor global requirements including reporting

  • Support colleagues in global projects and introduction of new IT systems (e.g. SAP)

  • Continuously edit local and international quality documents

  • Participate in the development of a global quality management system


  • Successfully completed technical and/or economic education

  • Profound technical understanding required in any case

  • Profound knowledge in the field of quality assurance/management

  • Ideally first relevant job experience

  • Excellent command of English (work experience abroad is beneficial)

  • High understanding of quality, quick power of comprehension and decisiveness

  • High cross-cultural competence as well as willingness to travel, also for longer business trips (about 70% worldwide)
