IT Support Specialist for Internal Application Environment (m/f)

As IT support specialist you are the main contact person in case of error messages within our large system and application environment. You act as the group's contact person for the global IT and the different departments and with your solution-oriented way of working you are responsible for the successful, resource saving troubleshooting of business applications.

TASKS

  • Complete handling of error messages including error analysis, qualification of initial solutions and thorough documentation

  • Customisation and realisation of configurations

  • Operative access management

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support as well as provision of application trainings

EDUCATION

  • Completed technical education in the field of IT

  • First relevant job experience in support or application management desirable

  • Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and first practical experience in networks

  • Basic know-how in the support of Microsoft operating systems including applications

  • Communicative, independent and organised personality with an analytical way of thinking and a high level of service orientation
