Key Account Manager After Sales (m/f)

As Key Account Manager you will be part of the Lifetime Services department and will support our existing customers by providing advice.

TASKS

  • Customer support of our long-term customers
  • Contact person for the communication between customers and TGW-internal departments
  • Identification of potentials for optimisation of the installation and the processes together with the customer
  • Central contact person for our LTS portfolio, for example customer support, maintenance, on-site services, retrofit, modernisations, data glasses, online service platform
  • Negotiations of tenders as well as service and spare parts contracts
  • Responsibility for service, result and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Profound technical education (e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, IT or similar)
  • Several years of job experience in the field of after sales, technical sales or technical realisation (project management)
  • Customer orientation and professional appearance
  • Assertiveness, commitment and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and abroad (up to 65% of working time)
