Technical Assistant - Spare Parts Management (m/f)

TGW Logistics Group as an international, fast-growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. In this position, you will process spare parts inquiries related to sold systems with a high degree of service orientation. Besides the identification of requested spare parts, your field of responsibility will include the creation of quotes and order processing. You will be in direct contact with our customers and considerably contribute to our customers' high satisfaction.

TASKS

  • Prepare as well as trace spare parts and repair quotes

  • Provide solutions for problems and prompt delivery management

  • Identify spare parts from documentations

  • Process spare parts orders efficiently without errors and in due time

  • Be a contact for internal and external suppliers

  • Create analyses and statistics

  • Fully document business cases according to internal specifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed technical or commercial education (apprenticeship training or A-Levels)

  • At least 2 years of job experience, preferably in a similar position.

  • Technical interest and understanding is required in any case

  • Distinct communication skills as well as good command of English

  • Openness towards other languages and cultures

  • Friendly and competent behaviour
