LTS Assistant

This position provides administrative support to the Distributor Sales Department.


  • Processes and maintains parts orders in Navison.
  • Verifies bookings and organizes daily orders.
  • Processes invoices and sends shipment confirmations to customers.
  • Traces shipments for customers.
  • Assists in creation of spare parts lists.
  • Assists in creation of project maintenance manuals.
  • Assists with drafting and publishing of bi-monthly newsletter.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years previous administrative support experience.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Results driven with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
