This position provides administrative support to the Distributor Sales Department.
- Processes and maintains parts orders in Navison.
- Verifies bookings and organizes daily orders.
- Processes invoices and sends shipment confirmations to customers.
- Traces shipments for customers.
- Assists in creation of spare parts lists.
- Assists in creation of project maintenance manuals.
- Assists with drafting and publishing of bi-monthly newsletter.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years previous administrative support experience.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Results driven with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
