LTS Assistant Key Account Manager

The LTS Assistant Key Account Manager is a supporting role for the Key Account Manager with responsibilities including direct interaction with existing customers, processing information for our back office needs, as well as assisting in continuous improvement initiatives for our customer service organization (Lifetime Services).  This position is a stepping stone to higher level positions with our account management team for managing customers, driving business and providing exceptional customer support.


  • Prepares/processes quotes, orders, and key documents for Key Account Manager
  • Administers activities related to customer request
  • Handles warranty cases and orders concerning spare parts, maintenance and repair
  • Puts inventory into stock cages and enters data in tracking system
  • Documents activities related to compilation of realization projects
  • Spearheads the implementation-to-customer-support handoff process.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and yearly utilization, bookings and revenue reports
  • Calculates sales on open hotline and service orders
  • Provides backup for time releasing
  • Maintains relationship with customer with personal and timely service
  • Creates spare part packages and service contracts
  • Files required documentation for orders
  • Documents key activities
  • Other duties assigned by Key Account Managers or Director of LTS


  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Highly Organized
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail and being thorough in completing work tasks
  • Work well within a team
  • Willingness to learn new systems and software
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical manuals preferred
