Due to our dynamic growth, we are continually extending and modernising our sites. Consequently, we are currently looking for an expert who will be working in close collaboration with our management to co-design and implement a global site strategy. In this position, you will be supporting strategic projects such as the extensions of our production halls and office buildings, which includes greenfield and retrofit areas. You will not only be an expert but also a crucial sparring partner for our units. Moreover, you will receive a comprehensive training period and support from experienced colleagues.
Collaborating on the development and roll-out of a global site strategy (developing and continually improving our locations across the globe)
Designing, planning, controlling and implementing projects across different sites
Close collaboration with local persons in charge (Branch Office Managers, construction companies, architects, authorities, etc.)
Carrying out requirement analyses and giving incentives
Definition of group-wide standards in Facility Management (e.g. Defining benchmarks and inferring measures for improvement)
Preparation of a basis for decision-making for the management board
Successfully completed Higher Technical College (HTL) and/or university degree in civil engineering, facility management, real estate management or similar
Several years of job experience as Site Project Manager, Project Developer or Global Facility Manager
Distinct social and intercultural skills as well as communication skills
Solution-oriented, analytic and structured personality with hands-on mentality
Modern and future-oriented way of working
Very good command of German and English (willingness to travel approx. 10%)

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 43,282 € according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
