Basic education in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as controls programming
Manufacturing of mechanical/electronic assemblies and elements
Machining of materials
Operating turning/milling machines and programming CNC machines
Making sketches and assembly drawings
Commissioning of installations all around the world (from the third year of the apprenticeship)
Successfully completed compulsory education
Great interest in technology, especially machines and tools
Ability to work in a team, reliability and commitment
High willingness to learn and accuracy

At the start of your 3.5-year apprenticeship, there will be a two-day outdoor workshop with all apprentices and the apprentice trainers. You will not only receive an apprentice's wage of 738.78 EUR (in the 1st year), but also monthly performance-based bonuses if you show outstanding commitment. Our goal is that you will continue your career at TGW after your apprenticeship. Depending on your strengths and interests, you have many different possibilities.
