IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)

TGW Logistics Group as international, fast growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. In order to further enable and continue our growth, we are currently looking for an IT Application Engineer for our central IT who works in the Holding company.
As passionate IT employee you will be supporting our application engineer team and will be responsible for the development of our application landscape. Exciting projects optimising our range will be another part of your work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

• Support and development of defined IT applications (e.g. DMS, CRM, ECM, ITSM)

• Tender support and requirement engineering in cooperation with the IT consultant

• Adaptations, technical configuration, administration and change of existing programming/scripting

• Technical product responsibility for the change management and application life cycle

• 2nd level support and assurance of an ITIL process-compliant incident/change/problem management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Completed education in the field of IT

• First job experience in a similar position

• Broad knowledge of informatics (basic programming skills, understanding of IT architecture and database systems, etc.)

• Very good command of German and English

• Structured as well as customer- and solution-oriented way of working

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 38,397 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
