Senior Software Solution Architect for Production Toolchain (m/f/d)

In this position you will be part of the Productional Software Development team where you will be planning and developing software solutions for the illustration and support of our realisation and production processes. You will be actively contributing to the organisation of the department by defining software architecture, accompanying complex software projects and working on standardised guidelines. Moreover, you will be analysing and optimising existing IT processes including the corresponding interfaces and will be in close collaboration with internal specialist departments. With your passion for and commitment to software, you will be contributing to an increase in our productivity and quality as well as to cost savings. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

• Conception, planning and development of software solutions and services for the ideal illustration of business processes along our production toolchain (e.g. CAD, calculation tools etc.)

• Definition of a sustainable and holistic software architecture

• Development and design of test sequences as well as ensuring of code quality

• Complete responsibility for complex software development projects, from creating functional specifications to implementation

• Development of specifications and definition of guidelines

• Conducting of process and data analyses as well as implementation of measures for improvement within the scope of workshops

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Completed technical education (Higher Technical College or University/FH degree) with a focus on IT or Software

• At least 5 years of relevant job experience in agile software development in a similar position

• Profound knowledge of software architecture and object-oriented programming (ideally C#)

• Several years of job experience in the .Net and Visual Studio framework

• Good command of relational databases (graph databases of advantage)

• Excellent command of German and English as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 44,511 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
