First and second level support via ticket system, telephone hotline and remote support
Support and further development of the VMware, Linux and Windows environment
Automation of process flows (Powershell, Linux scripting)
Hardware support (inventory, repairs, installation)
Support of the Cisco network infrastructure
Degree / training in computer science or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Linux and network components and services
Knowledge of VMware, SCCM and basic knowledge of databases is an advantage
Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and a pronounced customer and service orientation
Good command of German and English
