Assistant Key Account Management (m/f)

As an assistant you will support the Key Account Management in the Life Time Service Department. You will carry out technical clarifications with customers, perform calculations, and render assistance during order planning.

TASKS

  • Preparation of documents for the Key Account Manager
  • Costing, tendering and invoicing for after sales services (e.g. extension of warranties, maintenance, repair, IT process adaptations and modernisation)
  • Handling of warranty claims, AT/IT adaptation and maintenance projects
  • Development of solution concepts to adapt to customer processes in close collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager and inhouse specialised departments

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed technical education (as mechanical engineer, industrial engineer or mechatronic engineer, or similar)
  • Several years of job experience in technical sales back office or customer service support ideally in the automation sector 
  • Good communication skills and service orientation
  • Logicalanalytical thinking, high affinity for figures
  • Quick apprehension and organisational skills
  • Good command of German and English
