Employee (m/f/d) 1st level support controls systems

In this position, you are the contact person (m/f/d) for our customers in the event of malfunctions and problems and, together with the team in Teunz, ensure that our logistics systems run smoothly and our customers are satisfied customers.

  • In a flexible shift system, you're the contact person (m/f/d) for our customers in the event of malfunctions and problems with the controls and visualization software of automated logistics systems and robotics machines and record the service cases in the ticket system.

  • As part of the team, you analyze faults that have occurred and coordinate the second/third level activities if they cannot be solved directly by yourself.

  • You plan, implement and document the adjustments and corrections to our software products in the customer systems required for troubleshooting.

  • Occasionally, you will perform maintenance and support our customers through on-site service.

  • The maintenance of service cases and the documentation of solutions in the ticket system are also part of your tasks.

  • Experience in dealing with PLC controls (Siemens) - ideally in the logistics sector.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical installation diagrams and basic knowledge in the mechatronic area is an advantage

  • Service awareness and enjoyment of communication with customers (m/f/d) and colleagues (m/f/d) as well as motivation, reliability and independent work

  • Willingness to work shifts, good German and English skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
