Engineering Apprenticeship

We are recruiting a number of Engineering Apprentices across multiple disciplines, including Controls, Automation, and Site Integration. 

While learning, you will earn a competitive salary, gain knowledge from industry experts, and understand how the workplace functions. 

Funzioni

TGW apprenticeships will include:

Year one:

Your first year will be spent at your designated college where you will study the fundamentals of Engineering tailored to your chosen pathway. This will be a Level 3 qualification. 

Accommodation will be provided this first year as both our colleges are based in Coventry.

 

Years 2-4

While continuing your studies, with block release to college you will learn the fundamentals of how to do the role you are striving for. 

This will include:

• exposure to the wider business, learning to communicate effectively and collaborating with your department and others. 
• On-the-job training that supports your education plan. 
• Spending time across other sites/departments 
• Actively managing self-development 
• Working with managers and a wider team to support, develop and continuously improve best practices.

You will also learn the fundamentals of TGW values that will support you throughout your career.

 

 

Requisiti

To be successful in your application for a TGW Apprenticeship, you will have a passion for engineering. 

You will be driven, have the willingness to learn, and hold a commitment to your studies.

You may have some experience or education in Electrical and Mechanical engineering, although this isn't essential. 

All our apprenticeships will require GCSE grades of 4+.
