Maintenance Contract Manager - Denmark

For our clients in Denmark, we are looking for a Maintenance Contract Manager.

The position plays an essential role in providing services to our clients with the main responsibility being the day-to-day management of the relationship.

The Maintenance Contract Manager leads and supports the Maintenance teams and support colleagues present, to ensure the delivery of our Lifetime Services.

You are actively involved in the sales cycle to deliver new projects, advising customers and sales colleagues on asset management solutions.

You will also have responsibility for drafting maintenance contracts and lead negotiations with customers to reach agreement.


  • You manage customer expectations in line with contracted KPIs.
  • You provide quality management information to both the customer and TGW management.
  • You ensure that all escalations are handled quickly and effectively according to the TGW escalation strategy.
  • You ensure accurate costing for remedial work.
  • You ensure your teams are trained and kept up to date with health and safety legislation and safe working procedures.
  • You build strong and long-term relationships with client management teams.
  • You identify potential cost saving opportunities within existing customer sites
  • You take responsibility for associated preventive maintenance schedules.
  • You attend site meetings with the customer.
  • More broadly, you ensure the achievement of performance standards in relation to customer satisfaction, technical efficiency and corporate image.
  • You carry out audits, reviews and corrective actions as required and desired.
  • You will manage holidays, absences and overtime to meet contract requirements.


  • You already have several years of experience in a contract management role within a Maintenance environment and are familiar with managing the contract on both legal and financial terms.
  • You have a high school education in the direction of technical business administration and/or a technical education (supplemented by business training).
  • You have experience in managing teams.
  • You are familiar with making financial reports, setting up calculations, managing budgets and cost control. You are familiar with P&L and report as such.
  • You have experience in providing management information to clients and TGW management (experience with CRM systems).
  • You have a good command of both the English and Danish languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are also a motivated team player, able to deal with a large group of stakeholders both externally and within the TGW group and an excellent communicator with strong relationship management skills.
