Conducting analyses of staff needs and requirements
Creation of job postings and selection of suitable recruiting channels
Independent conducting of job interviews and consulting for managers when they select candidates
Negotiation of employment contracts and creation of contract documents
Contact person for employees and managers on labor law issues including contracts (e.g. change notifications, additions to the employment contract, special agreements)
Participation in operational HR projects and ongoing process improvement
Several years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
Sound knowledge in recruiting
Technical interest and understanding
Very good command of German and English
Excellent communication skills, confident behaviour and diplomatic talent
High degree of loyalty and good interpersonal skills, team-oriented work style and discretion
