Roller conveyors are used to transport pallets, grid boxes and similar conveyor goods with unit weights of up to 1,500 kg (3306 lbs).
Their modular construction makes an individual adaption to the conveyed goods possible. The roller drive is effected by a precision roller chain that engages tangentially with the chain wheels of the carrier rollers and is guided and carried away by means of plastic fulcrum slides.

Accumulation roller conveyors in mechanical and pneumatic versions are used for zero pressure accumulation zones of pallets, grid boxes and other load handling items.
Through its targeted use, performance fluctuations in plant parts can be smoothed out, revolutions or delivery preparations are carried out and driven flow racks along with other buffer functions can be implemented.

The chain conveyor gently conveys pallets, grid box pallets and similar products both lengthwise and crosswise. This optimised material handling system ensures maximum transport quality and availability paired with lowest noise emission.
For high payloads of up to 1,500 kg the conveyor optionally uses a centre pallet rail or a driven third chain strand to support the pallet weight. A simple hand wheel permits the maintenance personnel to readjust the chain tension at any time without special tools, making it impossible to overstretch the chains.
Your benefits
- Pallet quality is preserved, low noise emission due to overlapping duplex chain technologies
- Reduces costs with respect to spare parts and maintenance effort
- High operational safety and availability
- Flexible mounting of accessories (sensor brackets, lateral guides, step plates, drives, supports,...)
- Maximum throughput
- Long service life thanks to low wear of handling device and loads
Technical data
- Conveying speed: 0.2 - 0.45 m/s
- Chain dimension: 5/8" Duplex
- Track width lengthwise transport: 725 mm
- Track width crosswise transport: 960/1110 mm
- Payload per drive: max. 6000 kg
- Conveyor length: max. 10 m
- Top conveyor level: min. 450 mm
- Payload per pallet: max. 1500 kg
- Temperature range: down to -30 °C
In- /outfeed roller conveyors are used for inward transfer of pallets in a conveyor line or preparation for unloading. Different versions (horizontal, oblique, table) allow the usage of driven and non-driven pallet handling devices.
The oblique version is installed flush with floor level, without pit. Operation is suitable for hand fork lift, but can only be recommended for pallet weights of up to approx. 300 kg (661 lbs).
Your benefits
- Suitable for front and side unloading/loading
- Installation on a lift is possible

The overweight control is used for the recognition of excess overweight errors. By this means transported goods that are too heavy can be recognized and/or discharged.
The pallet base- and fork clearance control is used to recognize pallet base errors (split or missing base planks) or base gap errors. Displaced, defective or too large loads can be detected and discharged to acceptance or alignment positions. Malfunctions in automatic conveyor and storage installations are thus avoided.
