In order to maintain your installation correctly yourself, TGW offers you the opportunity to train your own employees to minimise costs and reduce risks. A wide variety of training formats and content can be provided and customised to your needs. Depending on the level of knowledge held by your engineers, we provide both basic and advanced training.
After the training, all participants will receive programme documents and a certificate enabling them to individually conduct maintenance and repair work - without the loss of warranty.
- System handling (correct and sustainable handling of the TGW installation)
- Work safety
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanics and controls
- Handling of installation documentation (spare parts, investigations of nominal values like torsional moment, belt or chain tension, etc.)
- Correct inspection and maintenance procedures
Training and education options
Training at our TEC offers a number of benefits. Participants become familiar with TGW’s technologies by having easy access to the devices without any space limitations. Away from the time pressures of the actual operation, the TEC also enables participants to fully concentrate on the training without the disruption of on-site activity.
A qualified TGW expert educates your employees about the basics of a TGW installation, in addition to site-specific topics. These can either be chosen by you or suggested by TGW within a proposal preparation.
If not all of the devices that are present in your installation are available in our Training and Education Centre, then we recommend a combination of on-site and TEC training. This option includes the advantages of both versions.
