As international site manager you will be the representative of the project manager and the first contact person for the on-site realisation of our complex material handling systems. You are responsible for a professional and smooth workflow at the site and you will supervise the installation, commissioning and the ramp-up of our systems.
Support of project-specific engineering directly on the customer site
Interface between project manager, applications engineering, construction site and customer
Planning and supervision of installation and commissioning work with respect to quality, schedule, labour and material utilisation
Coordination of components and modules on site as well as provision of relevant working equipment and site facilities
Responsibility for site personnel, safety at work and quality management
Realisation of site meetings, training, partial acceptance procedures and site inspections with customers
Site documentation to ensure transfer of know-how into process instructions and operating manuals
Experience in plant engineering projects, ideally relevant job experience as site manager
Comprehensive, interdisciplinary technical knowledge combined with solid business know-how
Organising ability, marked customer orientation and distinct management potential
Very good communication skills in English and German

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.069 Euro.
