As a process engineer, you will actively help to optimise processes during technical realisation and project execution. You will analyse and evaluate existing processes, derive measures for process improvement tailored to the company's/department's strategy and therefore optimise the entire engineering value creation chain.
Analysis, evaluation and (further) development of engineering processes for optimising technical realisation and project execution
Definition, conceptual design and introduction of new processes and methods in line with the strategy
Support and management of strategic organisational development and improvement projects within the department
Guaranteeing process quality along the entire engineering value creation chain
Monitoring and documentation of error messages and correction of these errors
Help with the optimisation of the engineering tool chain and the connected processes together with the IT department
Completed technical education (higher technical school or university/FH) with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics etc.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field (ideally in an industrial environment)
Basic CAD know-how (SolidWorks & Autocad), SAP user skills are an advantage
Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and very good command of German and English
Communicative, able to work in a team, quality-conscious
Independent, structured and analytical way of working

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 41,453 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
