As an employee in the Technical Sales Back Office you will be a part of our After Sales team in Wels focusing on retrofit, modernisation and modification of existing intralogistics systems all over the world. You will be responsible for the technical and commercial processing of the enquiries from our renowned customers. In order to prepare a customer-oriented quotation in due time, you will evaluate the technical feasibility and the possibilities of the customer enquiries and will advise our customers during the sales process. With a profound technical knowledge and a good understanding of our customers' needs you are the interface to the related divisions and are in direct contact with the customers.
You will receive extensive training, whatever your previous experience. Additionally, we will support your individual development. With suitable work experience you have the possibility to further develop and become a "Senior Systems Engineer", which will also include an increase in tasks and responsibilities.
Planning and performing site inspections and technical consultations
Identification of all relevant technical information concerning the sites and enquiries of our customers
Technical engineering and layout design including constant coordination with the Key Account Manager
Preparation of technical and commercial quotations
Preparation and participation in takeover meetings with our Technical Realization department
Profound technical education, preferably in Mechatronics or Machine Engineering
At least 3 years of job experience, preferably in plant engineering
Good command of English (minimum required: level B1 according to CEFR)
Basic CAD user skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% of working time (mostly in Europe)
Good communication skills, self-organisation and flexibility

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 37,856 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
