As central contact person (m/f/d), you will look after our existing customers on the subject of changes / extensions to their existing intralogistics systems. Meet your challenge at our location in Teunz or Regensburg.
You are the central contact person (m/f/d) for a fixed customer base for all topics concerning changes / extensions of existing intralogistics systems.
Together with our specialists, you record the requirements of the customers, determine the expenditure and prepare the offer.
You organize the commercial processing including the payment plan, create the necessary documents, create the tasks and hand over the change request to the realization.
Technical training / studies or comparable qualification
Experience in customer service and sales, professional experience in the field of intralogistics is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is desirable
Good transport connections and free parking
