You act as the responsible contact person (m/f/d) for our customers during the realization of enhancement projects.
For required software enhancements you support the sales department in the preparation of offers.
You coordinate the technical implementation and coordinate with software development and service management for this purpose.
You will supervise the test and release management and create the necessary documents.
You are responsible for the timely completion of the software enhancement in compliance with the applicable standards, quality and budget requirements.
Degree / education in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in the management of software projects, ideally in the field of intralogistics
Team player with a high customer orientation
Very good German as well as good English skills
