LTS Business Coordinator

The LTS Business Coordinator is a supporting role for the LTS Account Management team with responsibilities including direct interaction with existing customers, processing information for our back office needs, as well as assisting in continuous improvement initiatives for our customer service organization (Lifetime Services). This position has the ability to be a stepping stone to higher level positions with our account management team for managing customers, driving business, and providing exceptional customer support.


  1. Prepare and process spare part quotes, orders, invoicing, and key documents for Account Managers and LTS team.
  2. Coordinate with the Parts & Warranty Manager on customer issues related to spare parts and warranty issues.
  3. Administer activities related to customer requests. Maintains a relationship with the customer by providing personal and timely service. 
  4. Item sourcing and vendor relationship management for 3rd party spare parts.
  5. Handle warranty cases and orders concerning spare parts, maintenance, and repair.
  6. Document activities related to compilation of realization projects
  7. Involvement with the implementation-to-customer-support handoff process.
  8. Work with team members to create spare part packages and service contracts


  1. Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  2. Knowledge of business order process from vendor to end customer
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Familiarity with ERP software, proficiency with SAP preferred
  7. Ability to multitask in fast paced environment combined with above average problem solving and resolution skills
  8. Ability to travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time.
