LTS Key Account Manager

The LTS Key Account Manager (KAM) will ensure the execution of his/her assigned contracts within the available budget, assuring customer intimacy, expected margins, costs control, availability and fulfilment of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality policies.

The LTS Key Account Manager plays an essential role in the service delivery of the TGW assigned maintenance portfolio, with overall responsibility for the day to day management of key relationships with our customers. He/she support other departments, to ensure the delivery of services to the highest standard. As the one face to the customer for topics like on-site services, maintenance, spare parts and upgrades and enhancements the KAM assures at all times, that TGW is represented in a professional and positive manner that is reflective of our cultural guidelines. For certain topics the KAM carries operational responsibility, for certain topics the KAM carries operational accountability.


  1. Build a close relationship with the customer through adequate and regular meetings as well as proactively recognizing their needs and requirements.
  2. Ensure proper hand-over between Realization and Lifetime Services 
  3. Up to date with the technical aspects of TGW products and identifies cost saving opportunities together with the management team of the customer.
  4. Cost controlling, managing and overlooking cost of the contracts and their related processes: cost control, including other expenses like warehousing, car and equipment rental, etc.
  5. Responsible to prepare project review meetings with the support of Assistant Account Managers, Team Leaders and the other involved colleagues.
  6. Prepare, assess and release offers, service as well as spare parts contracts in adherence with legal and commercial requirements of the customer and TGW. 
  7. Assure quality policies, through proper processes and audits (system & product), with the support and consultancy of quality specialist


  1. Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
  2. Commercial and technical education and experience.
  3. 5 or more years managerial experience in service organizations of comparable enterprises 
  4. Knowledge and/or high interest in intra-logistic processes and the material handling of intra-logistic systems. 
  5. Basic Knowledge in contractual law and warranty law preferred. 
  6. Willingness to travel to support the role function
