Sales Manager

As Sales Manager at TGW you will assume an important interface function to our partners. You will provide them with necessary information, know-how and support when selecting tools in order to win projects in the market. At the same time you will be responsible for profits, performance and customer satisfaction. You should have the necessary technical understanding, organizational talent and above all good communication skills.


  1. Intensive support of our projects from the customer enquiry to the award of contract as well as technical support of our partner companies
  2. Obtaining of relevant information and data for the implementation of the most economical and technically realisable solution
  3. Internal as well as external technical support and establishment of long-term relationships
  4. Creation of project evaluations, cost and risk analyses, writing orders and checking contracts
  5. Participation in and independent realization of layout reviews and appropriate handover of orders to the realization department
  6. Contribution to the further development of the internal processes by identifying lessons learned and optimization potentials
  7. Strong collaboration with the US-team and different departments in the Austrian Headquarters.



  1. Passion to shape a new market and loyalty to become the partner of choice of our customers
  2. Completed technical education (e.g. University) or several years of technical work experience
  3. 5+ years of sales and account management experience in a related field. 
  4. Hands-on mentality and organizational skills
  5. Willingness to onboard for 6-9 months in Austria (stay can be split up)
  6. Communicative personality and customer orientation
  7. Desire to travel in about 30% of working time (US, Canada)
