Field Service Engineer Controls (M/F/D)*

What you'll be handling:
- You are responsible for maintenance and repairs for TGW and 3rd party equipment and provide technical support to internal and external customers
- You deliver and support projects with electrical and mechanical installations, commissioning and operational support and testing for retrofit projects
- You create professional service reports and provide effective feedback to customers
- You work in a safe manner and follow all Health and Safety requirements including risk assessments and method statements
- You comply with TGW quality assurance procedures and documentation
- You achieve standards of performance relating to contractual SLA’s and KPI’s
- You manage the requirements for training of customer’s staff in line with the contractual requirements
- You support an environment that inspires continuous improvement and the generation of ideas
- You look for opportunities that can add value for the customer and create possible revenues for TGW
What you'll need:
- You have experience in an automated environment as a field service engineer or maintenance technician
- You have an electrical or mechatronics diploma at least MBO-3 level or TSO 3rd degree and a valid NEN3140 VP (the Netherlands) or BA5 (Belgium) certificate
- You have high level PLC knowledge for commissioning, troubleshooting & fault finding
- You have an excellent understanding of Bus protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Canbus etc.)
- You demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English and you always work in a customer-oriented manner
- You are able to work away from home in Europe and the UK for longer periods of time
