Als Consultant Prozessmanagement & IT Retrofit übernimmst du die prozessseitige und IT-technische Beratung unserer Kunden in der Vertriebsphase. Gemeinsam mit dem Team erstellst du Konzepte für die Bestandsanlagenoptimierung, -erweiterung und -revitalisierung und überzeugst unsere Bestandskunden durch deine Lösungskompetenz.

What you'll be handling:

  • Prozess- und IT-technische Beratung in Vertriebs- und Projektphasen sowie strukturierte Erhebung und Analyse kundenspezifischer Anforderungen (z. B. durch Workshops und Ausschreibungen).
  • Untersuchung von Kundenprozessen, Auftragsdaten und Materialflüssen zur Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Intralogistik- und IT-Lösungen.
  • Durchführung von Simulationen, Datenanalysen und Machbarkeitsprüfungen zur Validierung von IT-Strategien und deren Präsentation beim Kunden.
  • Entwicklung innovativer Lösungskonzepte mit dem Solutions Design Team sowie Erstellung von IT-Kalkulationen, Angebotsprüfung und Präsentation.
  • Definition IT-relevanter Projektphasen im Terminplan, Übergabe an die Realisierung und Begleitung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
  • Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit dem IT-Entwicklungsteam sowie Schulung, Mentoring und aktive Weitergabe von Wissen an neue Kolleg:innen.

What you'll need:

  • Erfahrung in IT-, Prozess- oder Software-Consulting bzw. im technischen Vertrieb ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Analysetools, insbesondere gute Kenntnisse in Oracle SQL.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Intralogistik ist wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit (ca. 25–30 % im deutschsprachigen Raum).
  • Kommunikationsstärke, überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.547 Euro.
