Global Project Manager Retrofit Solutions (M/F/D)*
Would you like to actively shape international collaboration and drive the sustainable growth of our global retrofit business?
As a Project Manager in the Competence Center Retrofit Sales, you will serve as the central point of contact between our Customer Units and internal departments. You will structure market requirements, drive solution initiatives, and support the development of standardized, scalable retrofit solutions. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the long-term success of our global retrofit business.

Vos missions:
- Serve as the central point of contact for our international Customer Units in the development of marketable retrofit solutions.
- Plan, manage, and implement internal projects to further develop the global retrofit business.
- Manage interfaces and collaborate closely with Customer Units, the Competence & Delivery Center Retrofit, Innovation & Technology, and other stakeholders.
- Collecting, structuring, and prioritizing requirements from Customer Units and translating them into internal development and improvement initiatives.
- Supporting Customer Units through technical consulting, knowledge transfer, and participation in customer projects.
- Promoting standardization, the exchange of best practices, and knowledge building within the global Retrofit Sales Community.
Profil recherché:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong project management skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to present confidently in an international setting.
- Technical interest and an understanding of customer-specific solutions; knowledge of retrofit, sales, or lifetime services is a plus.
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally approximately 10–20% of the time.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is between 47.547 and 56.000 Euro.
