Marketing Operations Manager (M/F/D)*
As Marketing Operations Manager, you are the subject-matter expert for digital marketing toolsets, campaign operations, and CRM enablement. You will ensure all inbound and outbound marketing activities are tracked, measurable, and properly integrated into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. You will collaborate closely with content managers and business development to design technically sound campaigns and generate insights that guide investment, targeting, and prioritisation.
What you'll be handling:
- Define, monitor and optimise the end-to-end conversion process from awareness to opportunity generation.
- Develop KPIs that track performance along the sales funnel, visualize in dashboards and report insights on marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution to relevant stakeholders in order to agree corrective action
- Guide content managers on campaign design and retargeting to maximise conversion rates and ROI
- Recommend and architect the technical setup of campaigns (email, paid media, social, account-based, search)
- Evaluate channel performance by topic and industry to advise on optimum media mix allocation
- Own marketing configuration and process requirements within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and connected tools.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound marketing activities are tracked, measurable, and properly integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
- Manage TGW’s social channels, ensuring content format, cadence, and targeting are optimised per platform.
What you'll need:
- At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
- At least 10 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrated experience integrating marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B lead lifecycle management and pipeline influence models
- Experience designing and deploying paid advertising campaigns (search, paid social, retargeting)
- Deep knowledge of SEO and its role in inbound demand generation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Curiosity to stay on top of evolving digital marketing trends, tactics, and MarTech innovation
- Excellent command of English (C2 level)
