Portfolio Manager Software (M/F/D)*
We are looking for a committed and visionary individual to join our team to support us in the strategic development of the TGW software portfolio. In this key position, with a focus on warehouse management applications, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating the specific needs of our customers, as well as the technological and economic requirements of the industry and various sectors. You will develop medium and long-term roadmaps for the software portfolio and regularly conduct competitive analyses to ensure that we are always one step ahead of market demands.

What you'll be handling:
- Identification and evaluation of the technological and economic needs of the industry, sector and customers
- Creation of medium and long-term roadmaps for the TGW software portfolio, including regular competitor analyses
- Definition of new requirements for the TGW software portfolio, further development of the existing portfolio and evaluation of new requirements as part of the innovation process in close cooperation with portfolio management, market representatives and development
- Support of all business development and sales channels in the identification and evaluation of possible business models
- Support in market observations and customer-oriented activities
- Analysis of industry and technology trends, evaluation of technology partnerships
What you'll need:
- Completed training in the field of software, project management, R&D or comparable qualification
- At least 8 years of professional experience in business development, B2B sales/marketing and/or technology
- Knowledge of intralogistics is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as good commercial understanding
- Strong analytical, conceptual and creative problem-solving skills
- Very good organizational skills and time management
- Cost awareness and experience in project management are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (20-30%)
- Very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 53,242 euros per year.
