What you'll be handling:

  • Responsibility for managing development projects from project acceptance to successful completion
  • Planning, controlling and continuously updating project deadlines, resources and budgets
  • Leading and coordinating the project team, including organising meetings and documenting results
  • Monitoring and reporting on deadlines, costs and quality, as well as active risk management 
  • Ensuring compliance with defined requirements, processes, guidelines and standards
  • Promoting open communication, a feedback culture and a strong team spirit
  • Participating in the continuous development of the product development process

What you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management in the software environment
  • Experience in software development in the context of plant engineering is an advantage
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management methods
  • Experience with complex projects and distributed development teams
  • Business fluent English 
  • Independence and assertiveness
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ideally, PMA certification and experience with MS Project and JIRA

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 53.463 for a full-time position.
