Projetkleiter:in - Fokus IT (M/F/D)*

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT‑Projekten – von der ersten Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden bis zur finalen Abnahme. Du koordinierst interne und externe Beteiligte, sorgst für klare Strukturen im Projektverlauf und stellst sicher, dass technische Lösungen effizient und termingerecht realisiert werden.

What you'll be handling:

  • Leitung und Steuerung von IT‑Kundenprojekten inklusive technischer, organisatorischer und wirtschaftlicher Verantwortung
  • Strukturierte Planung aller Projektphasen – von Ressourcen- und Terminplanung bis hin zum laufenden Projektcontrolling
  • Analyse und Definition technischer Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von Spezifikationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Begleitung der Implementierung, Unterstützung bei Tests und Inbetriebnahmen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen (remote oder vor Ort)
  • Betreuung der Kunden während der Einführungsphase und Koordination der finalen Abnahme

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (Uni/FH, HTL)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT‑Projekte mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden sowie Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Dienstreisen (ca. 30 %)

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr zwischen 53.242 und 95.000 Euro.
