What you'll be handling:
- Collaboration in the operation and maintenance of our SAP systems
- Support with installations, updates, and system adjustments
- Participation in system maintenance and security updates
- Support with backups and system copies
- Collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners
- Assistance with 2nd level support for inquiries and incidents
- Documentation of procedures and processes
- Gradual familiarization with new SAP technologies (cloud)
- Collaboration in user and authorization administration
What you'll need:
- Completed HTL or apprenticeship in the IT field
- Very good German and English skills
- IT affinity
- Strong interest in SAP (initial experience is an advantage)
- Communicative nature and open to continuous further training

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 46.615 for a full-time position.
