Senior Solutions Designer (M/F/D)*
Does your challenge lie in providing new customers with technical solutions?
We are now recruiting for a Senior Solution Designer to join our growing team in the Northern Europe Hub.
The Senior Solution Designer is responsible for creating and delivering material handling solutions during the sales phase, working closely with both the client and the wider TGW sales team to capture the requirements and deliver order winning proposals.

What you'll be handling:
- Analyse and understand the customer requirements, processes & data, and draw conclusions which enable clear direction for the solution design
- Provide technical advice to the customer during the sales process
- Prepare a business case justification for the chosen concept, taking into consideration ROI, manpower, and investment
- Design the material flow diagram to suit the requirements
- Lead the design activity and guide the evolution of the layout design
- Ownership of the estimation and costing process
- Support and deliver presentations to explain and sell the solution and benefits to the client
- Liaise and collaborate with the wider TGW team for technical, cost, and delivery schedule expertise
- Lead and support during the realisation phase of the project
- Coach and mentor of solutions designers
What you'll need:
Required
- You are able to analyse and understand customer business processes and customer data
- You are able to produce concise and clear customer/internal presentations
- You are able to work in a multi-disciplinary and intercultural experts' network
- You have good communication and presentation skills
- You have an excellent command of the English language
- You have a results and solutions-oriented mindset
- You have a market-oriented and cost-effectiveness mindset
- You have good coaching skills to support the development of others
Preferred
- Good mechanics, controls, and IT logistics knowledge
- Several years of experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design or selling
- Advanced logistic automation design know-how
- Knowledge of the intralogistics industry and its key integration suppliers
