Aufgrund der steigenden Komplexität und des stetig wachsenden Produktportfolios der TGW suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Software-Development-Teams im Bereich Simulation. Mit deiner Arbeit an unseren Simulationsprodukten ermöglichst du es, komplexe Intralogistiksysteme bereits in der Konzeptphase zu verstehen, zu optimieren und abzusichern – bevor sie überhaupt gebaut werden. 
Dich erwartet die Arbeit an anspruchsvollen Produkten, die analytisches Denken, technisches Know-how und Freude an logischen Herausforderungen erfordern. Unsere Simulationssoftware bildet die neuesten und innovativsten Lösungen unseres Marktes ab und steuert modernste mechatronische Systeme – von Shuttles bis hin zu AGVs/AMRs. Grundlage dafür sind ausgefeilte Algorithmen und durchdachte Prozesse, die unsere Technologie marktführend machen.

What you'll be handling:

  • Product Development: Du entwickelst Software die gekommen ist um zu bleiben -  Struktur, Wartbarkeit & Erweiterbarkeit zeichnen sie besonders aus
  • Speed matters: Implementierung neuer Features und Algorithmen von Warehouse Execution Systems mit C# / .NET und Fokus auf höchste Performance (bis zu 100-fache Real-Time)
  • Your Inputs matter: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Systemspezialist:innen im Hinblick auf Design von Systemen und Frameworks
  • Innovation: Mitarbeit an wegweisenden R&D Projekten (Digital Twin, Systementwicklung, AMRs, Cloud Technologien, uvm.)  
  • Efficiency: Mitarbeit an der Steigerung unserer Entwicklungseffizienz – durch Automatisierung, Simplifizierung und Struktur, und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse 

What you'll need:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT/Software-Engineering Ausbildung (Universität / FH, HTL)
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse der objektorientierten Software-Entwicklung (vorzugsweise C#/.NET) vorausgesetzt
  • Strukturierte und analytische Denkweise
  • Hohe Motivation und Ergebisorientierung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse - Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 46.615 Euro.
