Als Specialist Proactive Service Engineering (m/w/d) bist du im Bereich Remote Services tätig und verantwortest Patch- und Upgrade-Konzepte für die Systeme unserer Kunden und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere bestehenden Systeme und Serviceprozesse. Du führst Servicedienstleistungen im IT-Umfeld durch und dokumentierst diese. Die Mitarbeit in internen Projekten rundet diese spannende Tätigkeit ab.

What you'll be handling:

  • Übernahme der eigenständigen Einrichtung und Pflege von  proaktiven Überwachungssystemen (z.B. Monitoring)
  • Regelmäßige Systemchecks an Kundensystemen (remote)
  • Durchführung von proaktiven Servicedienstleistungen im IT-Umfeld (bspw. Patching)
  • Weiterentwicklung von technischen Konzepten zum sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Kundenanlagen
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Serviceleistungen sowie Erstellung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden
  • Aktive Verbesserung unserer Abläufe gemeinsam mit deinem Vorgesetzten

What you'll need:

  • Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich (IT)
  • Kenntnisse Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken (Oracle) und IT-Security von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und der Betreuung von IT-Systemen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
