What you'll be handling:

• As Team Leader (m/f/d) PLC Software and Commissioning, you are responsible for a team of PLC software developers and PLC commissioning technicians with a focus on the effective, professional, and economical implementation of our international intralogistics systems.
• You are responsible for resource planning and task allocation within the team and the first point of contact for your team, providing competent and reliable support.
• You have technical responsibility for the control system design and its implementation, tracking progress and thus ensuring deadlines and quality during the software engineering phase and on-site commissioning.
• You work closely with neighboring departments in the implementation process and beyond, particularly with regard to resource planning and resource balancing.
• You actively promote the further development of know-how and personnel in the team, provide technical support to your employees, and are responsible for creating a development plan for your employees.

What you'll need:

• You have several years of professional experience in PLC programming and commissioning in the field of automation for conveyor or warehouse technology.
• In addition to entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a results-oriented approach, you have strong social skills and communication and implementation skills.
• If you also have specific TGW know-how, this is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and business fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
