Mobility & transport connections

All of our locations have good transport connections as well as sufficient free parking.  On top of that, a shuttle service ensures regular transportation between our Wels and Marchtrenk locations as well as to and from the Marchtrenk train station. We also recently placed e-bikes at our employees' disposal so that they can ride between the two locations; the bikes are also available on the weekends.

TGW Activity Garden

TGW ACTIVITY GARDEN

Physical activity and outdoor meetings are the perfect contrast to everyday office work. The TGW Activity Garden in Marchtrenk makes that unique combination possible. The 9,000 m² outdoor space includes an area for playing soccer and basketball, a fitness pavilion, a giant Motorikpark®, a running track, barbecue areas and outdoor office pavilions for work in teams. TGW employees can use the Activity Garden during both work and their free time, with colleagues or with their families.

Home office

HOME OFFICE

Our flexible home office model makes it possible to find the ideal balance between working at the office and from home. Employees can spend up to about half of their working time in the home office. We offer different options depending on the employee's department, including hybrid working and remote working.
