Als Assistenz der global verantwortlichen Bereichsleitung People & Culture (Senior Vice President) arbeitest du eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Bereichsleitung zusammen und unterstützt sie bei der Planung und Umsetzung laufender Projekte. Dabei bist du im engen Austausch mit dem internationalen Führungsteam und verschiedenen internen Abteilungen und externen Ansprechpartnern. Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deinem Engagement trägst du zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung wichtiger People and Culture-Initiativen bei.

What you'll be handling:

  • Organisation & Kommunikation:
    Unterstützung bei der Terminplanung und Organisation von Reisen, Meetings und Workshops – von der Vorbereitung über die Durchführung bis zur Nachbereitung.
  • Inhaltliche Mitarbeit:
    Aufbereitung von Unterlagen, Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen, Ableitung erster Handlungsempfehlungen sowie aktive Mitarbeit an Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Begleitung von Projekten & Prozessen:
    Mitarbeit an Projekten sowie Einblick in operative Abläufe im Bereich People and Culture – inklusive Verantwortung für Sonderthemen und abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmungen.
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit:
    Schnittstellenfunktion zum internationalen Führungsteam sowie internen Abteilungen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Dokumentation & Kommunikation:
    Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen, Analysen sowie internen Dokumenten.

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich.
  • Begeisterung für aktuelle Trends im Bereich People & Culture und Interesse an projektorientierter Arbeit.
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit starkem Organisationstalent – auch bei mehreren gleichzeitig laufenden Projekten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist, sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene Schnittstellen im internationalen Kontext hinweg.
  • Hohe Präzision und Liebe zum Detail, insbesondere bei der Erstellung von Texten, Präsentationen und der Aufbereitung von Daten.

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.481 Euro.
