Channel Manager - Social Media (M/F/D)*
The Channel Manager - Social Media is responsible for positioning TGW as a leading intralogistics partner for customers and prospects across diverse social media channels. You ensure in this role that TGW’s portfolio, expertise, innovation strength and values are consistently and compellingly represented in social media storytelling. Additionally you also supports general marketing projects as requested by the management.
What you'll be handling:
- Define and evolve TGW’s global social media strategy with a clear focus on customer and prospect engagement
- Translate TGW’s business strategy, portfolio priorities and messaging into social media narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Ensure accurate, consistent and compelling representation of TGW’s portfolio and expertise across all social channels
- Work closely with Corporate Communications to align social media messaging with corporate narratives, announcements and positioning
- Define KPIs focused on reach, engagement quality, audience growth and contribution to customer touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze content and channel performance by topic, industry and audience segment
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, clarity of messaging and portfolio visibility
- Work with regional Customer Units to adapt global priorities into locally relevant social media engagement
What you'll need:
- 5-7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or communications, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment
- Experience managing customer-facing and brand-driven social media communication and experience working closely with Corporate Communications or brand teams
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms and engagement best practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex offerings into clear, engaging social media narratives
- Experience coordinating social media activities across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and interpreting engagement data and high sensitivity for brand, messaging and reputational risk
- Courage to test, learn and optimize based on insights as well as curiosity to stay on top of evolving social media trends and formats
- Excellent English language skills (C1-C2 level). Working knowledge of German/Spanish/French is a plus

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
