Controls Commissioning - Summer 2026 Co-Op (M/F/D)*
TGW Systems, Inc. creates and implements material handling solutions for manufacturing and distribution facilities for ecommerce and retail business channels.
We have an opening for an ambitious Controls Commissioning Co-Op to join our Realization Controls team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Controls Commissioning Co-Op will have close interaction with project teams to code, program, and test PLC, HMI, and more at our customer's locations.

- Education: This position requires a junior or senior-level student in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 1st Rotation: This is a fulltime, Summer 2026 rotation, starting in May 2026
- Design and implementation of System PLC Code, controls networks, and integrated motion controllers
- Gain working knowledge of AutoCAD-E or EPLAN CAD software
- Gain experience with one or more of the hardware and software applications for Allen Bradley, SIEMENS or Schneider PLC platforms
- Utilize controls subsystem installation, commissioning test procedures and checklists for controls hardware and software (PLC), HMI’s and SCADA
