What you'll be handling:
- You lead on projects and tasks within the field service team and coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers
- You support with system audits and complex fault diagnostics and assist TGW Stakeholders with gathering technical information on products
- You deliver monthly 1:1s and performance reviews with direct reports and conduct monthly performance reviews with the Field Services Manager
- You collaborate with Lifetime Service Sites, Retrofit, and Project teams for seamless project support
- You support the recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members
- You ensure the staff you are responsible for are trained and kept up to date on Health & Safety legislation and safe working procedures
- You drive continuous improvement in service processes and team performance
- You proactively consider ways in which TGW can add more value to our customers' businesses
What you'll need:
- You have a technical diploma at least MBO-4 level and have developed mechanical, electrical and software skills over the years
- If your MBO-4 diploma is not electrical, you need at least an electrical qualification at a MBO-2 level
- You have previous experience within field service and are experienced with installation, upgrade or project-based service work and have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- You have great language skills (Dutch and English) and are experienced in leading a team or coaching and mentoring team members
- You have ability and willingness to travel frequently, including extended trips
- You have strong understanding of automated material handling systems
- You are experienced in working on customer sites in high-pressure environments
- You are comfortable working at height
