Key Account Manager Lifetime Services (M/F/D)*

As a Key Account Manager in Lifetime Service (LTS), you will be the central point of contact for our existing customers in the DACH region. Your tasks will include personal support for our customers on site and the promotion of customer relationships. In addition, you will identify modernization potential and proactively address customer needs in order to develop solutions and increase customer satisfaction.

What you'll be handling:

  • Intensive support for our existing customers as well as a central contact person for all topics such as digital services, servicing, maintenance, spare parts, support and modernizations for system operators and internal service providers throughout the entire after-sales process
  • Proactive response to the needs of our customers as well as targeted solution optimization
  • Communication hub between customers and TGW's internal departments 
  • Drafting, reviewing and approving offers, service and spare parts contracts in compliance with legal, commercial and economic requirements on the part of the customer and TGW
  • Recognizing and pointing out modernization potentials 
  • Initiation of the implementation and support of the services during the implementation phase

What you'll need:

  • Completed technical training (e.g. HTL or similar training)
  • Several years of experience in after-sales/lifetime service, technical sales or technical implementation (project management)
  • Strong customer and result orientation as well as professional appearance
  • Assertiveness, commitment and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (several days) up to 65%

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 54,507 Euro.
