We are hiring! On‑site Manager – South Europe (TGW Logistics Group)

TGW Logistics Group is a global leader in highly automated and flexible intralogistics solutions for top retailers and international brands in e‑commerce, apparel, grocery and general merchandise.
We are expanding our team in South Europe and are looking for an experienced On‑site Manager to join us!

As our On‑site Manager, you will be responsible for all TGW on‑site activities — from project mobilisation to final handover.
You will lead and coordinate TGW subcontractors and TGW employees on site, ensuring that installation works run smoothly, safely, and according to plan.

What you'll be handling:

Pre‑installation (before site mobilization)

  • Prepare the mobilization plan and on‑site installation instructions.
  • Review the contract in detail to understand all requirements related to installation activities.
  • Gain full understanding of the construction sequencing and installation timeline.
  • Manage and coordinate the set‑up of TGW on‑site facilities (mobile office, WC, power supply, internet connection, etc.).

Installation phase

  • Coordinate all TGW on‑site activities (electromechanical, software, commissioning, follow‑up).
  • Supervise the work of subcontractors and partners involved in the installation (racks, mezzanines, hanging garment systems, etc.).
  • Attend daily/weekly follow‑up meetings with the customer, main contractor and other industrial partners.
  • Manage TGW’s on‑site requirements derived from the customer or civil works.
  • Monitor costs and extra‑costs on site (improvements, change requests, subcontractors, equipment, etc.).
  • Act as a preventive resource to ensure Health & Safety compliance for all TGW employees and subcontractors.


What you'll need:

  • Industrial Engineering, specialist in industrial organization, electronics, mechanics
  • Demonstrated experience in the installation / assembly of complex electromechanical systems
  • Technical skills Electrical / industrial automation systems
  • Knowledge in adjusting assembly and installation of pneumatic systems
  • Good communication skills in English. French desirable
