What you'll be handling:

  • Analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Evaluation of processes and creation of measurable process metrics
  • Implementation of proof of principle/concept with new process tools
  • Active communication and coordination with other process owners within the
    company
  • Creation of process documentation and user documentation
  • Development and configuration of new workflows and support/training
  • Compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and laws
  • Ongoing support of active processes under the responsibility of the department

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Business Informatics, Innovation Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge in the application and customization of software solutions across process and system landscapes 
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is an advantage 
  • Experience in logistics management, plant engineering, or a Lean environment is considered a plus 
  • Passion for process automation through intelligent software support 
  • Initial experience in scripting and a basic understanding of programming languages and automation technologies are advantageous 
  • Flexibility in working methods and the ability to adapt to changing requirements 
  • Excellent German and English language skills

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 53.242 for a full-time position.
