Product Manager Automation Architecture Conveyor Technology (M/F/D)*

As Product Manager for control solutions and automation architectures in our conveyor technology division, you will work with a specialized team to select, further develop, and determine the future direction of the technologies used in the OT environment of TGW's scope of supply.
You will act as an interface between the market, technology suppliers, our development department, and the implementation departments.
You will translate our corporate strategy into technical solutions and thus actively shape the scope of delivery of tomorrow.

What you'll be handling:

  • Your contribution will ensure that our automation solutions and sales options in the OT area of conveyor technology remain future-proof, scalable, and secure.
  • You will work with the development department to further develop the architectural principles of our modular system for intralogistics systems.
  • You will support the sales team with technical questions and derive evaluation and development projects from market requirements.
  • You will accompany products, sales options, and architectures throughout the entire product life cycle.

What you'll need:

  • Completed HTL or degree (university of applied sciences/university) in mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field

  • Initial professional experience is an advantage

  • Understanding of related technical systems and system architectures

  • Basic knowledge of

    • control and drive technology,

    • safety and network technology,

    • electrical engineering and standards in mechanical and plant engineering (IEC/UL)

  • Strong communication skills in German and English as well as assertiveness

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross base salary according to the collective agreement, based on full-time employment, is €53.242 per year.
